MADEC, MILDURA, VIC

Phillips/Pikington Architects completed a major community project in Mildura, converting the former Wesley Church to a community meeting and events space and developing offices for the Mildura and District Education Council, together with a large employment agency and call centre. The building is constructed of rammed earth, recycled timbers and lightweight cladding and has won the Timber Development Award for Public and Commercial building.
