ESCOSA OFFICE FIT-OUT, ADELAIDE CBD, SA

Phillips/Pilkington was engaged to carry out an office fit-out for the Essential Services Commission of South Australia (ESCOSA) in August 2012.  The project consisted of 8 individual offices, 30 open workstations and 5 meeting spaces of various sizes and privacy. Helping guide the user groups through the transition of moving from individual offices to an open office was a large part of this project. Taking full advantage of North and Eastern glazing, the open offices were situated around the parameter of the space with the offices set back with glazed partitions into feature timber walling.
