Phillips/Pilkington Architects recently completed a new 300 seat performing arts centre with specialist music and drama facilities that retains and extends the existing hall and stage.

The multipurpose hall incorporates retractable seating for performance activities while retaining the flexibility of a flat floor.

Acoustic consideration was paramount in the design with timber used extensively throughout the interiors.
